Initial props, setting and characters (Organisation Of Actors, Locations, Costumes or Props)

Here is a picture of my actress she is going to be playing the wife who gets possessed in my trailer, I am going to make her look casual like a normal average woman, through the use of mise-en-scene her hair and makeup will be simple, her clothes to will reflect that of an average woman, perhaps in jeans and a jumper.

Here is a photo of my actor who will be playing the husband in my trailer, similarly he will be dressed casually, to show he is a working class ordinary man, perhaps too in jeans and a shirt.

This is a picture of my attic, at the moment I feel it is quite bright and does not reflect the attic I was picturing so I am going to film the attic scene around 5 o'clock I feel this is a good time as it is not to dark but it will reflect the eerie atmosphere I am trying to portray in my trailer. The props in the attic i.e. the suitcase, chairs etc. fit in with the story as the couple have just moved in and the props help to show this.

Here is a picture of the steps leading up to the attic, I feel when filming a low angle shot like this would work excellently as both the woman who will be walking up these stairs and the audience are completely unaware of what is lurking in the darkness above.

This is the ceiling that creates the horror genre feel as when the woman in lying in bed she hears footsteps from above and this low angle shot again creates a sense of fear of the unknown.

I like the use of lighting in this shot, and the fact the attic is filled with junk as it will make the girl in the attic harder to spot which is exactly what I want.

This picture of a high angle shot of the stairs is very effective in that it is almost as if something is looking down watching the couple. I also like the lighting as it almost reflects an element of danger, the high key lighting on the ground reflects safety but the dark low key lighting in the attic creates a sense of danger and suspense.
